MY STORY

Walking beside you, one breath at a time.

My relationship with the breath began long before it was a "practice." As a child with asthma, I never took breathing for granted. I had to learn to trust my lungs when they felt the tightest.

Years later, as a dive instructor, I learned to trust the breath in the deep ocean—where every inhale and exhale became a meditation on control and release.

But it wasn't until I found Breathwork that I realized my body was Overguarded. I was functional on the outside, but my nervous system was quietly braced for impact.

You are always in control of your breath and your experience. You can slow down, pause, or stop at any moment. Think of it less like opening a door, and more like letting light in, one step at a time — with support. Nothing is pushed. Everything is guided.
